Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both our schedules and maintain fairness for all clients, the following policy applies:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charge.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: You will be charged the full session fee of $150 for coaching or $180 for therapy.
No-shows (missed sessions without notice): You will be charged the full session fee of $150 or $180.
This policy supports accountability, consistency, and commitment to your healing process while ensuring time is available for other clients who may need support.
Payments and Policy:
All payments are processed through Ivy Pay, a secure and HIPAA-compliant payment system created specifically for therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals. You’ll receive a one-time text message from Ivy Pay to enter your preferred payment method. Your card will then remain securely stored and will only be charged when sessions occur or if a cancellation fee applies.
Ivy Pay accepts credit cards, debit cards, and most HSA/FSA cards.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid being charged.
You may reschedule through your booking confirmation email or by contacting me directly.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in prepayment requirements or adjustments to scheduling frequency.
Payment Authorization
By booking a consultation or coaching session, you authorize charges to your preferred payment method on file through Ivy Pay for any scheduled sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows in accordance with this policy.
